Currently, we are preparing for Convert to Condo Workshops in the following towns:  Arlington, Allston/Brighton, Medford, Malden, Everett, Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline.  If your town isn't listed, feel free to register and we will let you know when we will be presenting in a town with similar Town requirements.

Of course, if you are considering a Conversion, the more planning the better!  Contact us for a quick analysis of your town and profit differential from selling as a Multi-Family or as Condominiums.  You might be surprised!
