Bill Scott & Denise Price have over 57 years of combined real estate experience. Our team members are the most well rounded professionals in the business.
We have been through the thick of it, the ups and downs, for a long time. We're kind of rare. We both entered real estate as our first career - unlike most agents who transition into the field as a second or third.
What's our secret recipe? Proudly being a little old school, we believe a phone call and a handshake is better than a text in most situations. A bit traditional, as we analyze the market and present logical useful data and facts that are relevant to negotiations. Add a dash of creativity displayed in our marketing, staging and construction know-how. Finally, a large dollop of technology, after all, we understand how to reach the 98% of home buyers that start their real estate pursuits online. Denise Price is an agent and manager of the BHHS Cambridge office and is well versed in new construction, land development, investing and the sales of residential, mixed-use and commercial property. She has an MBA in International Business and has been named a “Top 30 under 30” REALTOR® nationally by the National Association of REALTORS.
On a personal note, Denise has seen over 25 countries on 5 continents and can’t wait to see more and she is an accomplished paper engineer. In her “free time” she creates pop ups and paper art. As an award-winning author her pop up book, the Freedom Trail Pop Up Book of of Boston, showcases Boston’s historic sites that hosted America’s revolt from the Crown.

Bill Scott is the co-manager of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Cambridge office. After 10 years of working directly with buyers and sellers and 10 years serving as a manager of the number one office in Cambridge and Somerville, Bill decided to build a company that is focused on adapting the real estate model to meet the needs of clients today and in the future. In November of 2018 we merged with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth.
