Our client wanted to reduce their expenses, relive themselves of management responsibility and cash out some of the property's value to buy something else.  (with an interesting twist for retirement!)  After having owned the property in Cambridgeport for years and wanting to move some of their investment capital to another state, they contacted us for strategy and execution.
